INC Rating – Credit rating agency, company of the INC capital group, has affirmed ratings of three local government units. On December 30, 2016 agency has published the following solicited ratings:
City of Gdynia – “A-” stable outlook
City of Wejherowo – “A” stable outlook
City of Kwidzyn – “A” stable outlook
Ratings of rated entities reflect their operating results, the ability to finance their investment from their own funds, their liquidity situation and the level oftheir debt. Ratings also take into account the financial situation of the municipal companies.
Debt policy is carried out by the rated entities in a way that is secure and that guarantees correct service and timely repayment of their liabilities in subsequent periods. Planned level of debt in subsequent periods should not significantly affect their ability to regulate current(?) long-term liabilities.
