Master of English philology, graduate of Warsaw Univeristy and King Street College in London. She has many years of didactic experience. She was a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Społeczno -Ekonomiczna in Warsaw. Currently she conducts classes at Warsaw Study Centre.

Andrzej Gałganek

He is the professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. He is a Former Director of Brokerage House of Bank Staropolski S.A (1994-1997), the CEO of Warta Investment Sp. z o.o. and the director of Capital Market Strategy and Development Office in TUiR WARTA S.A. (1999-2004), he was a judge in a Court of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses (1998-2000) and a Member of Chamber of Brokerage Houses Audit Committee (1997-1998). Morover, he was a former member of Supervisory Boards in various companies.

Krzysztof Nowak

Master of sociology, doctoral student at the Faculty of Management at Poznań Univeristy of Economics. He has been associated with the market of receivables since 1993, co-founder of a group of companies servicing mass receivables, including telecommunications sector and companies conducting public opinion and market research. Chairman of the Board of GPPI S.A. and Remedis S.A. - companies listed on NewConnect. Member of the Supervisory Board of Saturn Investment Management S.A. In 2006 he began operating in health service receivables market. As a part of this activity he collaborated with Millennium Bank S.A., AmerBank S.A., Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A., BRE Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. He supported Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A. in the implementation of SOLARIS program. Co-founder of call center supporting mass receivables, including telecommunications sector and companies conducting public opinion and market research. Sociologist, participant of many conferences connected with finance, management, restructuring, ownership transformation of companies and state institutions.

Aleksandra Persona - Śliwińska

She is a graduate of Poznan University of Medical Sciences, specialist of the second degree in obstetrics and gynaecology, specialist in biological regeneration (postgraduate studies at the University of Physical Education in Poznan, 2008), specialist in healthcare management (postgraduate studies at Poznan University of Economics, 2011); Ph.D. in medical sciences. She is the member of Polish and International Medical Sciences Committees (PTG, PTMP, ISUOG), the author and co-author of over 40 academic papers. Morover, she was a founder and the CEO of a Specialist Medical Center ``PRO FEMINA`` in Swarzedz.

Mariusz Sadłocha

He is a graduated the Faculty of International Economics at the University of Economics in Poznan. Since 1992 he has been associated with the Brokerage House of WBK SA. In 1992-1999 he served as a broker and manager of the Centralne Biuro Maklerskie WBK S.A., in the period 2001-2011 - Chairman of the Board of BZ WBK Brokerage SA - Member of AIB Group. From 2011 to 2013 he held the position of President of the Dom Maklerski BZ WBK Brokerage, Global Banking & Markets (Santander Group). From 2013 he is a partner in the company Res Progress Sp. with o.o. based in Koszalin. In the period 2007-2009 he was a member of the Board of MTS-CeTo SA. Since 2004 he is a member of the Polski Instytut Dyrektorów.

Łukasz Puślecki

President of the board of the branch of the Academy of International Business (AIB) for Central and Eastern Europe (AIB-CEE), managing partner for the development of the International Business Center of the Special Purpose Vehicle of the University of Economics in Poznań, and director of the joint international business and management diploma program (Joint MSc in International Business and Management) from Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham Business School (UK). Expert of the Institute of Knowledge and Innovation in Warsaw. He specializes in topics related to the technological cooperation of countries and enterprises, international competitiveness and innovativeness of companies in international business.

Edward Kozicki

A graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań, stock broker (license No. 340). He has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of capital investment management and supervision of entities operating on the public market. Currently, he is the vice president of the board (he is a co-owner and shareholder) of Moonrock Enterprise S.A. (formerly Blumerang S.A.). He sat on the management boards of many companies, such as: Blu Asset Management Sp. z o.o., Quantum Asset Management Sp. z o.o., Blu Capital Management Sp. z o.o., Blu Pre Ipo S.A., LMB Capital S.A., Dom Maklerski Polinwest S.A. or Karkonoski Dom Maklerski S.A. Long-term (1997-2006) employee of the Capital Market Department of BZ WBK S.A.
