Two new members of the INC S.A. Supervisory Board

Management board of the INC S.A. announced in Current Report No. 4/2016 that on the Extraordinary General Meeting from 19 January 2016 appointed two new members to the Supervisory Board:

1/ Eliza Bogusławska

Master of English philology, graduate of Warsaw Univeristy and King Street College in London. She has many years of didactic experience. She was a lecturer at Wyższa Szkoła Społeczno -Ekonomiczna in Warsaw. Currently she conducts classes at Warsaw Study Centre.

2/ Krzysztof Nowak

Master of sociology, doctoral student at the Faculty of Management at Poznań Univeristy of Economics. He has been associated with the market of receivables since 1993, co-founder of a group of companies servicing mass receivables, including telecommunications sector and companies conducting public opinion and market research. Chairman of the Board of GPPI S.A. and Remedis S.A. – companies listed on NewConnect. Member of the Supervisory Board of Saturn Investment Management S.A. In 2006 he began operating in health service receivables market. As a part of this activity he collaborated with Millennium Bank S.A., AmerBank S.A., Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A., BRE Bank Hipoteczny S.A. and Raiffeisen Bank Poland S.A. He supported Bank Współpracy Europejskiej S.A. in the implementation of SOLARIS program. Co-founder of call center supporting mass receivables, including telecommunications sector and companies conducting public opinion and market research. Sociologist, participant of many conferences connected with finance, management, restructuring, ownership transformation of companies and state institutions.
