Grow Uperion successfully raised PLN 1 million from issue of shares

Grow Uperion, a technology company offering a gamification platform, aimed at increasing employee motivation and commitment to achieving goals and tasks, has completed the issue of shares. The Company raised PLN 1 million, including PLN 0.5 million in the crowdinvesting campaign on the platform. The group of the Company’s shareholders increased by 135 entities. The funds from the offer will be dedicated to the development of the platform and global sales channels. The main factors building the value of Grow Uperion include the first implementations, the presence on the tangent markets of gamification, HR Tech and SaaS, the potential for developing synergistic areas (remote learning, ESOP programs support) and cooperation with partners – Microsoft and the main shareholder, the TenderHut Group.

In the first tranche for large investors, the Company sold shares worth PLN 0.5 million. In the second tranche, Grow Uperion, in the form of equity crowdfunding on the Crowdconnect platform,  offered the same number of shares (150,000) worth PLN 0.5 million. The valuation of the Company before the offer was PLN 10 million.

Grow Uperion offers an innovative platform for achieving goals, increasing motivation and appreciating employees. Its assumptions are based on a combination of gamification techniques known in the gaming sector, psychology of motivation and elements in the field of marketing automation. This solution allows to achieve the assumed KPIs of employees and entire teams without increasing expenditure on benefits in the organization.

Grow Uperion identifies two issue goals –  development of software and global sales channels. In the first area, which capital needs amount to approximately PLN 0.65 million, the Company’s intention is to develop further technological functionalities on the platform and work on the implementation of the so-called incentive funnels. The second goal will allow to develop sales on the most attractive European markets in the areas of HR Tech and gamification (including Germany, France, Sweden, Great Britain) conducting lead generation campaigns and expanding the sales department.

After achieving further milestones, the Company plans to debut on the NewConnect market in 2021.
