Success of the United Label crowdinvesting campaign

United Label, a global publishing platform dedicated to independent indie game producers, has successfully completed its crowdinvesting campaign on the platform. Investors subscribed for all shares available under the 2nd tranche, worth PLN 1.4 million. As part of the entire public offering, the Company obtained PLN 4.4 million. United Label intends to allocate these funds to scale-up activities by expanding the publishing portfolio and finalizing the work of the current titles. At the turn of Q3 / Q4, the Company wants to debut on NewConnect.

– I am glad that our crowdinvesting campaign met with so much interest from investors. Thanks to them, we fully met the assumed goal and obtained over PLN 4 million. It is a confirmation for us that investors believe in our productions and plans for the development of the platform. We intend to allocate the collected funds to the faster development of the Company, by acquiring new games for our publishing portfolio, and to finalize work on the current productions. Our goal is to introduce shares to NewConnect as soon as possible and to achieve the expected sales volumes of games that will be released this year. – says Tomasz Litwiniuk, president of United Label.

In total, United Label obtained PLN 4.4 million from investors in two tranches. The Company’s issue was met with great interest both in today’s crowdinvesting campaign, in which it acquired PLN 1.4 million, and in the first tranche for large investors, who invested PLN 3 million in the Company.

In the coming weeks, on July 23, the first game released by United Label – Röki, a narrative adventure game with over 55,000 additions to its wishlist, will have its premiere. At the turn of the third / fourth quarter of this year United Label wants to join the group of companies listed on the NewConnect market.
